Kale Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups kale
  • ½ cup pineapple (or blueberries)
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender, in the listed order. Blend well.
  2. Makes about 24 - 32 oz.
