Where do I buy food items?

VegetablesSince we don’t eat much processed foods, I’ve cut out about 90% of any regular grocery store. Plus I prefer to buy organic when I can. But it gets expensive. So I’ve got it down so that i get the best “bang for the buck” by shopping at 3 of my favorite stores. Costco, Trader Joe’s, and Whole Foods. The benefit is that TJ and WF are within 6 blocks of my office, and Costco is just about 4 miles from my office. It makes a nice trip to go to Costco, and TJ’s and WF on the way home.

My favorite items are the following:

Costco:

Already Peeled Garlic,
