Green Beans

Green Beans

I have been craving Green Beans! When I was at one of my favorite stores (COSTCO) I bought some. Not only did I buy SOME, I bought A LOT. This bag is a 4 pound bag of frozen organic green beans. But I wanted some. Guess I’ll be having some for the next few weeks or months! Anyway, back to green beans.

So I bought these green beans today and needed to have some for dinner tonight. I decided to fry some up in a pan in a little butter, and add some garlic and almonds. I sliced up 3 cloves of garlic, and  a handful of almonds (the almonds were whole). Then I cooked them up in a flash, literally about 5 minutes. They went with kosher chicken and white rice. Delicious!

Oh, and by the way, I threw in a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper!
